Dawn was absolutely amazing in our process of finding a home. We only had one weekend to come down and find something to purchase. She had a list already prepared and started showing us houses immediately. In our process of waiting for our house, she was great about getting updates and pushing for things to be done quicker as we were living in airbnbs while we waited. She made this whole experience so easy and helped me understand the ins and outs of home buying. Even at our green tape walk through she came with us and found things I wouldn’t have even thought to look for! So happy that I had her as my realtor!
Dawn was outstanding. I can say being a first-time home buyer and not really knowing what to do, I was glad to have Dawn and Bobby Grove in my corner. They were so great to work with and they were very responsive even after hours. We were stressed at first but Dawn handled everything and made the process seamless.
